Maintenance
During scheduled or emergency maintenance, the application may render a maintenance view in place of standard dashboard or authentication content. Operators may expose a dedicated route such as/maintenance. Retry after the maintenance interval or follow organizational status channels.
Authentication and session validity
| Symptom | Response |
|---|---|
| HTTP 401 responses or redirect to sign-in | Session expired or revoked. Sign in again at /login. |
| Unexpected logout | Clear browser state if the issue persists; verify clock skew if using time-based second factors. |
Network and API errors
Transient failures (network loss, 5xx responses, rate limiting) may be retried automatically for resource loads. Persistent failures require verifying client connectivity (VPN, proxy, firewall) and server status. HTTP 403 indicates authorization failure. Retries do not resolve permission errors; adjust workspace role or project access.Data visibility
| Symptom | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| Empty project list | Incorrect workspace selected; new membership not yet synchronized—refresh or reselect workspace. |
| Empty canvas | Wrong environment selected; resources exist only under another environment. |
| Missing controls | Insufficient role permissions. |
Post-registration billing
Registration URLs that include?plan= may trigger follow-on billing or checkout steps after authentication. If no prompt appears, verify account and workspace settings or contact the billing administrator for the organization.
